How Do I Pay For My Order?

Terms and Conditions For Paying For Items You Order

Here you will find all the guidelines I could think of for you to purchase any items I can make or has already been made. Please note that once you have placed an order any and all guidelines/laws/etc will be effective.

GENERAL

  1. I only accept PayPal.
  2. I will only accept orders if placed by the contact form and/or by contacting me at crochetjessicadesigns@gmail.com. I will not respond to any orders made any other way except to direct you to the order form and/or email address.
  3. Once I receive your deposit amount or full payment amount you have agreed to these terms and any set forth in emails and any other correspondence in any form. This includes the guidelines I have on crochetjessica.com/how-do-i-pay-for-my-order and any other pages on crochetjessica.com.
  4. Emails I will use to contact you are either crochetjessicadesigns@gmail.com or smellybuttair@gmail.com.
  5. All taxes are included in pricing.
  6. Shipping & handling will be an estimate. However you will not pay more then what is on the invoice unless you add to the order.
  7. I can only accept orders from the United States. I hope to change this in the future.
  8. If you add to an order you will receive a new invoice. You will not have to pay for all combined invoices at once however you are welcome to do so.

Ordering A Commissioned Item

Sometimes I offer to make people items. Here are the basic rules about me making and shipping items you have commisioned.

  1. There will be a contact form for you to fill out for the item you want to purchase. You can contact me by email however a contact form would be easier to handle initially.
  2. A 50% deposit will be required before I start any project. Please do not send it until I send you your invoice – even if you want to pay the full cost up front.
  3. I will not start on your order until I receive at least the deposit amount shown on the invoice you received.
  4. If I do not hear a response within one month from the date of the invoice your order will be cancelled.
  5. You will have 1 month to send me the remaining balance due. If you do not send the remaining balance your item(s) will not be sent to you nor will you receive a refund of the amount of your deposit. The items you ordered will be sold elsewhere.
  6. I will be contacting you about your order via email to send progress reports/pictures, etc. You will not receive spam. Please make sure you check the email that I have for your order regularly as I may wait to hear from you before continuing. This may effect how long an order takes to complete if I have to wait for your response for more then a day.

Ordering A Completed Item

Sometimes I sell completed items. Here are the basic rules about me making and shipping items you have purchased.

  1. There will be a contact form for you to fill out for the item you want to purchase. You can contact me by email however a contact form would be easier to handle initially.
  2. The total amount due will be set on the item page. I will send you an invoice before you send me payment.
  3. I will not ship your order until I receive the amount due shown on the invoice you received.
  4. If I do not hear a response within two weeks from the date of the invoice your order will be cancelled.
  5. You will have two weeks to send me the balance due. If you do not send the balance your item(s) will not be sent to you. The items you ordered will be resold elsewhere.
  6. You will not receive spam from me on the email you used for purchasing your item(s). Please make sure you check the email that I have for your order regularly as in case anything comes up with your order (example: weather preventing shipping, etc).

Paying For An ‘In-Person” Order

An ‘In-Person’ order is when you speak to me face to face about buying one of my items as a craft fair, etc.

  1. I will offer an invoice for a receipt if you want one.
  2. I will take orders ans will adhere by the same guidelines as a Commissioned Item purchase. I will take cash or PayPal once we agree on a price.
