Chaining It Up

If you have done a Jacobs Ladder blanket or something similar this should be easy for you. However if you have not please follow along.

With the RS facing you take the 2nd set of chains and insert it into the 1st set of chains from the back. Do this for each set of chains. The last set will not be attached to anything. We will be doing that next. To help the chains stay in place add a stitch marker into the chains and a near-by stitch.

Row 18: RS With C2 & RS facing join with a sl st to 1st st,ch 3, dc in next 24sts skipping the chains, ch1, turn

Row 19: WS this is the row you attatch the chains from the Chaining It Up section. * sc in next 4 sts, sc in chain, sk next st, * 4 times, sc in next 5 sts, ch3, turn

Row 20: RS dc in next 24 sts. Finish Off.

You will be working in the round as well.
