Over at ravelry there is a group called Vannas Choice Fan Club. Yeah a fan club for Vannas Choice. What is Vannas Choice you may ask? Well its worsted weight yarn that the letter turner herself designed (well the colors she approved of). However the yarn works up nicely. Its a mix of Red heart & Simply Soft in my opinion.
There are swaps for squares, CALs, and now a round robin of sorts for scarves. The scarves are to be 3-6 inches wide and each section you start with & add to other peoples scarves is 6 inches. My scarf is Dark Gray heather and Dusty Rose. I forgot to take a picture of mine. The first one I got here is Navy Blue & Dusty Green.

So here is a photo of what I have so far. It’s 2.5 inches. The time it took me to knit that far I would have gotten 6 inches done in crochet. But I knit in memory of my grandma. She would have thought this traveling scarf idea was awesome.
